Welcome to the Best Wellness Retreat Sanctuary

Tomorrow is tomorrow, Best Wellness Retreat the past is never to be repeated. So, we encourage you to come to the healing hotel where well-being hospitality, laughter, friendships, food, sunshine, beauty, and peace are all under one roof.

The We Stay Well Healing sanctuary is a 300-year-old plantation on the precious island of Best Wellness Retreat Hotel Barbados amidst the Caribbean Sea. She is hugged by azure seas and white beaches, where coconuts, seafood, breadfruit, and indigenous herbs become a staple diet.

Immerse in the hot tropical nights and days where we share the earth with brilliant stars and a multitude of whistling frogs, singing crickets, chirping birds, wild flora, and fauna.

This is Paradise, and we welcome anyone and all into our own version of the Garden of Eden. We are here to offer a cutting-edge wellness, hospitality and true nourishing care through daily mindfulness, yoga, meditation, sound, and so many more healing modalities.

We also offer a wide range of integrative soul expansion programs, beneficial memberships, life-awakening retreats, and uniquely bespoke 1;1 sessions to suit your needs, as well as an eclectic range of accommodations to suit your preference.
